Well I originally wrote a review saying they didn't send it in time and they didn't send an email saying sorry for the delay or another date it was coming. With previous experience with online companies I thought they could be doing it just for the money. However it eventually came and they apologised sincerely for the delay and it all came down to the weather. The weather being the reason they didn't send it off on the day it was meant to be dispatched. They admitted they should have informed us and apologised. The item is great and I definitely recommend this company to anyone! The staff are very friendly and the products are of good quality and fast delivery!
