No pressure, much patience and a quick resolution!

I cannot praise too highly the team at Age Partnership, especially Matthew Phillips, who showed great patience with all my questions, and Michael Storey, who quickly and efficeiently sorted out a last minute query of mine. You guys should be mentioned in dispatches.
