I ordered a new Fairway 5 wood and received it the next day. The cover on the wood was different to the one I have on my Fairway 3 wood. I queried by emailing the contact, provided when ordering, and at no cost I was immediately issued with 2 replacement covers for my older Fairway and Rescue - service indeed. These were also received the next day. I would recommend Jamgolf and will use again.
