I paid extra to have a parcel collected that day. Firstly they initially changed their minds to the next day which I had to have changed back. That was last Thursday on a 24 hour service. It's now Tuesday the next week and still no collection. Requested a refund at least down to the service received and denied. If it wasn't 5 pounds I'd use the small claims court but it's definitely not worth it. Not even sure whether to let them taje it as fairly sure they'll loose it.
BOTTOM LINE: All the POSITIVE reviews here are people whose package was delivered. But just a couple of NEGATIVES should be enough for a delivery service. Actually delivering when you are a parcel company is not good service - it's just the service. AVOID AND USE ROYAL MAIL.
