I find the internet a little confusing and tending to cause problems with SLIGHT errors.
There is a big disadvantage in not seeing the goods before purchase which does not allow questions that occur on sight and discussion. I find the reply I got acceptable and reasonable. There is always the problem of returning unsuitable goods and they must be seen to find out if they are suitable. All in all I do not find the experience totally unacceptable and am satisfied that my requests were dealt with in a reasonble manner so I have no complaints. I am not fully convince on this 'distance selling' but it does have its advantages. Thank you
