I have been hiring cars in Portugal every January for 14 years and have had both good and bad experiences. Quite honestly, this was the best experience. I got the dates wrong initially and they altered them without question and being now one day less of a hire, they made a refund and amended the paperwork without question. Car hire people were the friendliest and most efficient in all of the 14 years. As for cost ..... Easily comparable with others and cheaper than most. Willi I use them next year? FOR SURE!!
