No more prep and cooking - wonderful

Unfortunately, I have not been able to start as I have been hospitalised, but will be doing so next week - The thought of not having to prepare the meal etc. etc makes me ecstatic. I HATE cooking and shopping - too many years as a lawyer in a man's environment.
