I think this diet might work as I can see myself sticking to it - food is very tasty with plenty of choice. Portion control is a little hard to deal with in the beginning but is getting easier with each day - my dinner last night with the addition of some lovely vegetables left me feeling pretty full. I've lost a kilo in five days which is encouraging. Last year was about giving up smoking. This year is about shedding the pounds. So far so good.
