Had a problem with changing delivery address - e mailed them - prompt reply- actioned my request.
lenses went missing in post - not their fault - again contacted them, they immediately sent replacement and sorted the problem efficiently. Would recommend them, their customer service is exceptional. I dealt with a lady called Jenny - she was wonderful.
I have literally purchased hundreds of pounds worth of clothing over the last 5 -6 years from matalan. Mostly I buy online and occassionaly go instore.I am a top contributer for their reviews Just ordered summer bikinis - paid and sent for collection at local store. Just had a flier through advertising same items with big discounts - telephoned customer services and explained . Asked if I could stop order and order online with new discounts. NO. Asked if anything they could do for a good loyal customer. NO Explained art of customer service and asked them to look at my account NO.......more training I think if you are going to be in the customer service centre and do well Joanna!!!!
