I have recently had cause to complain to Quidco about one of their retailers for a third time. Whilst Quidco make all the right noises in their replies I am beginning to seriously doubt that they really want happy customers and don't give a jot about us.
Despite the fact that it has been necessary to make three complaints about one retailer it is still allowed to trade through Quidco.
Quidco tell me that they are sorry but the matter is out of their control but what they do not realise is that it is not out of my control. There are many other cashback sites out there and I'm off now to research the alternatives.

As a result of the negative review that I left for Quidco I was contacted by a member of their team. My complaint was reviewed and I am pleased to report that there was a mutually satisfactory outcome.
It is a shame that it took a negative review to prompt Quidco to take my complaint seriously as I feel certain that this could have been resolved when I originally contacted them, Full marks to them though for eventually believing me and recognising that my grievance was valid and for resolving the matter to my satisfaction.
Quidco have taken appropriate action in this case and I am happy to set the matter straight in this edit.

I was let down by my regular supplement supplier and a friend recommended Natures Best. I live in mainland Europe and was concerned about delivery as we have a problem with a particular courier here.
An email to Natures Best was answered very quickly and the agent I dealt with offered an alternative delivery option which worked superbly.
