Very good service - new web-site o.k. but there's room for improvements in the ordering process

The customer service is always very quick to answer if you write them an e-mail with more questions. This is what I like most about Flightstore.

The new web-site is a little bit slow sometimes, but the filtering functions come very handy. Overall it is quite easy to find the products. Descriptions are generally detailed enough.

I had difficulty entering delivery and billing addresses for different countries. This has not been thought of properly. Because of this it happened that I had to log-out and start the shopping all over again.
