Ordered beanbag on sunday 20th as thought it was the same one as a friends, realised it wasnt and is far to big to fit in my living room so emailed to cancel my order, automated email said i would be contacted and still havent. Put in a request for call back and not happened yet. Today 22nd jan the money has now been taken from my account and order still not been cancelled. As for the 18week delivery time even if it was the beanbag i wanted is far too long and wouldnt have ordered if id have seen that either! Hope to hearbck soon.
