Good customer service to a private buyer

I ordered some perspex cut to size for a smallish display cabinet I'm making for my painted miniatures - a front panel, 5 shelves and an acrylic mirror for the back. I made some enquiries by email and had a helpful response. Then ordered some samples that came quickly and confirmed that I had the right thicknesses etc. in mind.

The main order was £80-£90 and it arrived very well packaged. There was an error in that the backing panel was plain perspex rather than acrylic mirror so I phoned the company. Again a helpful response and the correct piece was despatched straight away. In fact it was delayed a day because of bad weather but the company phoned me to tell me about the delay, which I liked.

It arrived today, again well-packaged, the correct size and in good condition. I'm well pleased both with the product and with the level of customer service.
