Good service but need better info on products with respect to source of ingredients

I have used Natures Best for many years, and am very happy with the service and quality of products. My only concern is the labelling of some products, especially those containing chondriotin. The source is shown as 'fish' when, to be precise, it is from shark cartilage and therefore unsustainable- shark species are endangered and should not be exploited for any reason. I recommend Natures Best disclose this pre-purchase and allow customers to make the decision whether they wish to buy it.

Thank you very much for your feedback, it is always valued and much appreciated.

We are as concerned as you are however the principle species are dogfish (which is a member of the Shark family). The Chondroitin production is not a by product of the Shark Fin Industry, nevertheless we are still keen to find a sustainable source of Chondroitin and are actively pursuing that at the moment.

To further demonstrate our commitment to the ethical sourcing of products, we avoid any herbs on the CITES list.
