Overall, I think it's a good product, although it's a little on the expensive side. Tipically the meals they send you will have between 800 / 900 calories (on the 1500 calories / day plan), so you have to complete the missing 600 / 700 calories with bread, rice, fresh veggies and fruit, which end up adding to the total cost.
The food itself is comparable to supermarket ready meals (tesco / saimsbury, but not M&S).
I do admit that for me their plan is working really well and I'm likely to renew, but I gave it three stars as I think that they should be more upfront on what they are actually giving.
