Pleasant people. Rubbish stock control. Can't rate item as didn't get it !!
Ordered Yale alarm for customer over the phone, gave card details etc. They confirmed item was in stock and would be despatched. Five days later get a phone call to cheerfully say the item is not in stock. Had to cancel a days work fitting the alarm. Built a snowman with my kids instead. Won't be using again as need reliability.

Unfortunately Yale has now discontinued this model of alarm kit and the last few were snapped up very quickly. We did attempt to get some kits to fulfil our last few orders but Yale too had sold out. I appreciate this meant you were not able to complete the job for your customer and am glad you have accepted my goodwill gesture to redeem on your next order.
