I ordered more than 4000 € of goods, on 14 December 2012, specifying that I was in a hurry and I was renting the same materials waiting for them; more than a month later, after TONS OF MAILS, CALLS and FAKE REPLY like:
"due to current workload they are unable to accommodate the request" , "once they see an opportunity, they will certainly prioritize your order fist" , "we work to ensure your order is shipped with minimal delays moving forward", "we would appreciate if you could bear an additional few days for updates", "we have informed our relevant team to prioritize your order to express delivery", "we appreciate that we are approaching the latter end of our delivery timeframe", "double checked, your order has unfortunately not been dispatched yet"
I still don't have ANY EXPECTATION about the delivery.
Helpdesk calls are useless, they repeat unmeaning sentences, giving any kind of info. I'm thinking about to cancel my order and to ask to be refund but I worried also for the refunding procedure after reading on Amazon feedback too:
