Excellent goods, poor delivery

I have ordered twice from Bigdug. I bought a set of garage shelving and then some dividers for supporting A4 files in shelving. On both occasions the goods were excellent, just what I needed at a very fair price. However, on both occasions the delivery by UKMail was erratic. They sent detailed e-mails telling me exactly when to expect the goods, then missed their own timetable and delivered at random some days later.
