Delivering the Goods
The feedback I got from the recipient was good. Attractive orchids with lots of buds, in lovely pot. Full marks to Serenata for keeping me informed every step of the way. It was great to have confirmation of delivery

Speedy delivery but VAT not deducted
Tempted by BOGOF on Stringid. Wormers were delivered very promptly. As I live in the Channel Islands I emailed to ask that the VAT be credited to my card (the Channel Islands are outside the EU so this ranked as an export order). Received no reply. Repeat: no reply. Other supplier of wormers does ship VAT-free so will stay with them.
