I ordered a photo calendar for a Christmas gift. I placed the order over 3 weeks before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. After 2 1/2 weeks, I sent an email and got a response stating that it was completed and should be shipped the next day. After a few more days I called their 888 # and was told the exact same thing. I sent more e-mails to which I didn't even get a response. I called and called, but just received the same response. I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping and was told it would be refunded in 3-7 days. That was the beginning of January. Now it's January 22nd. Still no calendar, still no refund. I called a few minutes ago and the representative stated he called the shipping warehouse and they were trying to locate the package. I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager, and conveniently he was on lunch at that time. I don't know what more to do. If this is not fixed today I'll research, who is outside of their company, to have this fixed once and for all. I am warning all that view this message - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PRINTERPIX. Go to Walmart, Shutterfly, snapfish. Any other place. I made the mistake of not checking all reviews before purchasing, don't let it happen to you.
