Ordered two I phones on-line for myself & my partner from Dialaphone. Promised delivery two days later on Tuesday between 8 am and 7 pm! Partner stayed in all day for delivery then got call at 3.15 pm saying there had been a problem and because the products are "High Risk" two phones can't be ordered in one name! Had to cancel order (Which would have been wrong anyway, ordered 1 white & 1 black, 2 black being delivered) then re-order in different names for delivery two days later! When questioned why they had not rang earlier they just said that the order was only processed today!!! Very poor service and if it weren't for the £50 cash back per phone (Through Quidco) wouldn't have re-ordered through these. Upside though I get a further £20 cash back for ordering seperate by using the recomend a friend offer.
Also when trying to contact customer services to sort the problem out, had to ring in 5 times before i got to speak to a real person! Endless telephonic 'Dead Ends'!
