My Hermes lost a consignment ordered from Amazon. On tracking, the last entry was some 12 days ago with the entry reading "missort to incorrect courier."
On trying to contact My Hermes via email to find out what had happened, I am still awaiting any form of contact. Their website states I should expect a reply within 24 hrs. That was 3 days ago.
How do sub-standard companies such as this survive in the business world?
