Had my quote and was acceptable. They then took away the 4 highest worth DVDs to save cash in my opinion. I personally checked each DVD and all were fine. They stated deep scratches on them but this was not the case when I sent them. Tried to get them back but they wanted to charge pound an item to return so with the value of them gone minus pound for 4 items I would have been left with nothing. Tried to arrange or all to be delivered back but they went silent. In the end just accepted a poor offer to put an end to the situation. Will not use again
E2Save mobiles conatced me offering me a free upgrade. Was already on a good deal with orange so had to haggle to get the same deal. Eventually agreed to a deal and they informed me should i change my mind i had 7 days to cancel and to contact orange with any issues or to cancel.
Nokia lumia came in good time but after 2 days deliberating decided it wasnt for me.
Contacted orange to cancel the mobile to exchange. Sent the phone off paid for packaging myself.
2 weeks later had a note to collect parcel from post office. Did this and to my suprise it was the nokia lumia with a note from orange saying this isnt our handset. Phoned Orange up they stated i needed to contact E2Save mobiles part of Carphone Warehouse. Did this but E2Save's reply was 2youve sent it to orange theyve accpted its now theyre problem.
After 2 months of the phone sitting on top of the fridge and numerous phonecalls and emails between E2 and Orange neither were helpfull. Held no blame against orange but E2 were totally unhelpfull denying all blame or fault. One phonecall to E2 nearly ended up in the handset being exchanged which is all i wanted but the helpfull chap conveniently got cut off from me!!
After 2 months e2 eventually owned up stating " yes its our handset but we wont be doing anything about it now as it is outside the cancellation window and orange would charge us a fee".
All i wanted was to exchange the handset for one i wanted not cancel the contract.
I eventually gave the handset to my partner to use but i am now unfortunately using my old Nokia N8 which is broken and stuck in a conract until 2014 with no upgrade.
WORST COMPANY EVER HANDS DOWN.
