First class product and first class service.
Very pleased with the product and the price. Ordered over the phone as I don't like putting credit card details on the net. Very professionla and delivered 3 days ;later by their own driver. First class. I will be butying from them again rather than risk an inferior fence panel.

I have worked for large organisations for 40 years as a Professional Buyer and as a Finance Manager. I researched and was buying a 60" TV from John Lewis who suddenly hiked the price by £300 after confirming the offer price of £900. Several lengthy telephone conversations with their sales staff and customer service staff left me exasperated and very disappointed. I've never bought online before, but found the same TV at PRC through Buydigital for £849 not £1200. After a few product questions to their customer service and their assurances of the 5 year guarantee and security of payment, I went ahead and purchased. I had two e-mails confirming the order and a phonecall the next day to check my authorisation and advise me of delivery, etc. I am very impressed and if all goes as expected, I will definitely be recommending PRC to my friends.
