I ORDERED A ROCKET STREET SCOOTER FOR MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS. AFTER WE PUT IT TOGETHER ON CHRISTMAS DAY AND GIVING IT A FULL CHARGE IT WAS FAULTY. BETWEEN 26TH DEC AND NOW I HAVE SENT LOADS OF EMAILS. THEY SAID THEY WILL REPLACE IT BUT HAVE FAILED TO COME ON THE 3 SEPERATE DAYS ARRANGED, AND ARE NOW IGNORING EMAILS. I AM NOW HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE TRADING STANDARD ROUTE SALE OF GOODS ACT 1979 SHAME ON YOU (AVOID THIS COMPANY)
