Excellent service - no quibble exchange

Thank you for the excellent service we received when ordering a winter coatd for our dog Oscar, who is 'getting on a bi' and no feeling the cold. We weren't quite sure what size he required and order one far too big. But that was no problem we found as following a phone call and instructions to return the original coat a new 'Oscar@ size coat arrived in the post a couple of days later.

We will certainly use Big Dog world for our future purchases and pass the word around to friends.
