Having placed an order on line I quickly realised I had ordered the wrong wiring configuration. Within an hour of the initial placing of the order I sent a message via the website to change the configuration. Despite the fact that the order was placed on a Friday and not due to be shipped until the following Monday the email was not acted on and the wrong configuration was sent. I then had to return the goods and am still awaiting the correct ones.
