I did not know that the food would be as tasty as it is. I rate all items on a scale from 1 to 5 so that I know what I would like to order more of next month. Most foods come in at 4 and above. I do not feel the need to 'spice' the food up or change any of it with herbs etc, it's absolutely fine as it is and that's not what I expected. Already some firm favourites have been chosen. Some of my friends have tried the meals and they agree. I'm only in my second week, but liking the food is so important in order to carry on the new eating habits. I will definitely recommend Diet Chef to those interested in losing weight without feeling left out of tasty ranges of food.
