An order placed on the 19th of november still not delivered today, 22nd of January!!! 3 calls to customer service, 2 of them totally BS. Last call resulting in a trackable delivery (promised by the 2 previous customer service people, except they didn't log the call, nor did they undertake any action). on the 10th of January. Since then, no change of status (indicated as "delivered", but that just means the courier service received the goods, not that they delivered it to the customer), nothing received., obviously. Now in my book airmail from uk to belgium would take ... well less than 10 days. Next step: formal complaint with American Express, asking them to scratch them as a card partner as well as a formal complaint with European Commission Online Trade Practices Task force.
Scandalous! And furthermore: I am a repeat - repeat customer since 2006!!! Delivery and customer service degrading gradually since 12 months now, my conclusion: AVOID! This company has lost it and it is really a shame that a company with this huge legacy just became a bunch of swindlers.
