I saw your response for the message bellow saying that the seller might not have yet got his tickets (That's a LIE) even if you live in Japan all orders made about this concert the tickets were sent NEXT DAY via DHL!!! If this was a real site you could contact the seller and tell him to send me the tickets asap! OR if you saying that you can not cancel the order keep your commission and refund me the 90% of what I paid because you nor the seller are willing to help! I hope a lot people will realise that you don't 'tell us' the whole thing. As I said I would be travelling from another continent for this and the delivery would be impossible this way! So if I don't get the tickets I will expect a full refund or I will def use the law for it. Im sure many people would thank me for that!

Mylène Farmer tickets are already being sent to those who bought them. (You can confirm this with FNAC.FR if you wish to do so...IF the seller is not willing to send over the tickets so I can make my travel arrangements I want my refund please! IF the tickets were NOT yet being sent by post, or pick up at the store for those who bought them I would understand and wait.. but in this case that I know people who bought tickets HAVE already their tickets... I want my refund and not to risk buying a plane ticket to Europe, hotels and in the end nothing... That's easy to understand and this is not the way to do business! This waiting until last minute to get a ticket that is already issued is not an excuse! My friend had a similar problem one year back... never got the tickets.. So if this is a serious company I would like my refund or the delivery by the seller now.
