Good but could do better...

Items competitively priced, website straightforward to use. However, no clue was given on the website that items are in stock, and no indication on confirmation paperwork of delivery lead time.
As it happens, the items were delivered in good time, but then turned out to be somebody else's tyres and wheels - the labels said they were mine, but unwrapping after the delivery driver had gone revealed the wrong items. Luckily, the right wheels had been delivered to another customer 5 miles away - in order to progress the matter, I went and swapped with him directly that evening. A word of thanks wouldn't come amiss...
Winter wheels and tyres now working well. Despite the problems, would do business again.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback! We really appreciate your help in redirecting the mis-sorted goods, we could of course have organised this through our couriers but you help allowed this to be resolved super fast. As a sign of our appreciation we will be sending you a complimentary tyre storage bag set, I'm sure you will find them useful.

Just a quick note on stock, all items are marked if either in stock with good availability, low stock, or unavailable.
