Looking4Parking - Airport Parking

A very good Service But customer car delivery needs a little work.

We have awarded 4 stars because the overall experience was acceptable. On arrival at airport only needed to wait a few minutes for your representative to show up and collect the car. On the return journey, following your instructions we contacted the company to let them know we had landed and were in passport control. Not impressed by driver calling us 10 minutes later to ask where we were, we explained we were going through customs, we only had hand luggage and wou.d be there as soon as possible to be told that we would be charged £10.00 if we did not arrive soon. On exiting the airport there were loads of cars dropping off and picking up with no obvious idea of where our car would be parked, it was not where we had dropped it off. We received another call asking where we were , at no time did he indicate where he had put the car. A little work on the attitude of some of your drivers is required bearing in mind that you request the call before you leave your base knowing that it can take time getting through passport control.
