Milanoo is reliable.

My girlfriend found the company on Facebook, and bought loads of stuff from them. 80% of them are the same with pictures on the website. 20% of them are a little different. Their customer service was quite patient, every single problem was resolved well. So I'm just satisfied. We got the right size shoes finally, no complaint. You need to read the size chart carefully, their size is a little smaller than the normal one. Everything else came out great !
