Recieving a guitar with a snapped neck was bad enough.. But being told there was nothing they could do was an insult..to say there was no alternative to a full refund was very dissapointing. When later that day i could still add both the instrument and the bass package to my shopping basket.. Yet the agant told me they had no stockk and none arriving in the next few weeks.this from a supposed big store
and epiphone stockist.
Ivdont mind misding out but the crapvthat was spoted by the supposed biggedt music retailer
