Generally very good but one recent snafu

Would I recommend them? "Yes" is the sort answer, but keep on top of them.

I recently had a deal where the transfer wasn't completed and they couldn't explain why. Also watch the exchange rates offered - I have been able to get better rates from a foreign exchange shop in Canary Wharf (for sub £2k amounts) and took cash abroad instead.

To balance the negatives I've been using them for around a year now on a monthly basis and will continue to do so.
