Local florist used by eFlorist needs to improve as the disclaimer that flowers may not be representative of the image shown is fine to some extent, but it felt like they skimped assuming that the person buying will never see what the bought product will be like.
Updated: Full credit goes to the responsiveness of eFlorist in dealing with my feedback. They were courteous, supportive and reacted swiftly (within 2 hours). Would certainly use them again as their service has been exceptional!
They've a large selection of products and more often than not at the cheapest prices too... delivery - and we've had a few different sized items in the past - has been excellent. Informative and always when due. Highly recommended.
Boots were as described - i'd used the trainers in a similar size/materials before. Buying process was quick and easy, delivery - for free - was prompt, about 4 days including the weekend, so can't fault that either.
