Still waiting for my delivery ordered on the 11 Jan

I have been using Natures best for a few years now and they have always come up with goods on time. This time for some reason my Peterborough address got shown as in Spain. Instead of checking with the billing address to see if it was correct they sent the product to Spain.
I doubt whether I will see my order or get a refund. So I have now gone with another supplier same product at half the price.

I am sorry to hear about the problems with the delivery address on your last order. I have looked into this for you and all website orders are automatically processed into our system, therefore, as there is no human intervention the mistake on the address would not be picked up and corrected.

On this occasion I am happy to refund you in full for this order, if could please email me a contact telephone number to customer.services@naturesbest.co.uk, I will then arrange for a Customer Services advisor to telephone you to obtain the information we require to process the refund. Alternatively, please call 01892 552118.
