Lying Company

I was watching the driver parked right outside my house didnt even bother to walk out the van. He left and 5 min later i recieved a txt saying I wasnt here and they left a card their was no card, Worst delivery company ever. Phoned their customer services and told them and all they could say was they will deliver it tomorrow. Looking at all the reviews below i wonder if I will recieve my parcel.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

They were real quick in taking my money as i did order 4 pairs of trouser. i got no feedback back till a week later i contacted the customer service team only to find out they only have 2 pairs in stock. i asked for a refund of the 2 pairs they dont have in stock and am still waiting on that refund. Did recieve the other 2 trousers only 2 weeks later from when the order was done.

We are sorry about the problems you experienced with your order. We usually send automated emails if there are any stock issues with orders. Unfortunately with your order we were unaware of the stock issues due to the supplier warehouse being closed over the Christmas period.

Having checked with our accounts department on the situation regarding your refund, I can confirm the full refund was processed on the day after your refund request (7th Jan). This refund was credited onto the same card the payment was taken from.
