I ordered contact lenses from Contactforlenses.com, based on Guernsey, on 2nd January and the company took my money from my account that day. Unfortunately that was the only part of my order they have bothered with! They don't bother properly answering your email enquiries, instead they repeatedly send emails saying they are currently processing my order and should ship out in the next day. For Christ sake how long does it take to put lenses in a bag and post them, or if there's a delay explain that to customers. I can only think that the happy reviews below were completed by the proprieter! I have demanded a refund today and guess what, my account will be credited within 2 to 3 working days! We will see but not holding my breath! Trust me, pay a little more and forget this bunch of wasters. I have sent details of my case to Guernsey Trading Standards.
