I have used Merlin for most (but not all) my interent-based bike part requirements for some time. The service has invariably been very good, and uit is clear (if you spoeak to them) that they are real rioders and dedicated to their jobs. They know what they are talking about and will offer realistic and helpful advice.
Two things however that are not helpful (to me):
1. The website seems to go through regular iterations, resulting in the ability to log on / access specials being very hit and miss.
2. Deliveries need a signature otherwise ultimately get returned. It means non-portable purchases are not possible (ie cannot use work address for those).
Otherwise - keep it up, lads and lasses!
