Amazing service with excellent customer support

I found ShopTo to be an extremely good company, very helpful with excellent customer service and although I had a few issues getting my credit card linked to the site, I did work out the problem and fixed it myself without needing to contact ShopTo.
The only problem I had was that for some reason when I placed my order it took the money form my account but did not put it against any products, so while I got an order confirmation email I did not receive my order, however after a couple of days I called them up and was on the phone for less than 5 minutes before the situation had been resolved and my order corrected and posted out to me, which I received the next day.
Overall I am very happy with ShopTo and would highly recommend them to anyone.
