Reliable, fast, no problem with returns.
I have purchased a wide range of cycling components from wiggle over the years - wheels, tools, forks, drivetrain etc - and have found the process seemless, returns easily processed and pricing competitive. A wider range of bikes/bikeframes would be an improvement but cannot fault the service.

I purchased a high-end bike frame. It arrived (in a box of another manufacturer) without any instruction manual or other literature relating to the frame or guarantee documentation. It would be nice to know for sure that the BB is English thread before putting the cups in (i am relying on what i have read on other websites).
