Product is good. It came in on time. The outer package was damaged and resulted in scars on the box of the gift set. The customer service offered for a replacement which I was very pleased with. However, I did not ask for one as it was just on the back of the box. It's a pretty neat set for a gift for men. Would like to see more products added for men though. Great customer service.
