I made an online booking for mobile tyre fitting. The appointment was confirmed and a time given. I took the day off work but the fitter never showed up. I telephoned to complain and was told the idiot who called me (Craig White) shouldn't have confirmed as they don't do mobile in my area

I returned a faulty Mares computer to these people but I’m having serious problems getting a refund or replacement from them. Their phone is dead and they don’t answer emails or their online form.
I have just looked on their Facebook page and there are literally hundreds of people complaining that they have paid but received nothing. They are still taking money from people but I suspect they are about to go bust. I would be grateful if anyone has experience of this company.
I have contacted Mares too just to let them know customers are being ripped off but they don't reply either.
