Very Urgent Purchase & Delivery Acheived

I was recently given a very urgent "11th Hour" request to procur & purchase some laser sensors for my custome JLR at Solihull.

I went straight on line to Electroquip, & easily found the applicable parts & contact details for all there relenet departments.

I telephoned Sue Hale in your accounts department & explained the urgent situation to her regarding my concern at the time it would take me to raise the required paperwork through my company to secure the purchase of the equipment.

Sue then put me through to your technical sales people ( I belive it was Simon)
He sourced the correct specified equipment within a matter of minutes & arranged for a very speedy delivery of two days.

He then handed me back to Sue in your accounts department & I was able to purchase these items & arrange delivery over the telpehone.

The equipment was duly delivered on time ( ahead of schedule to my customer).

Every one was happy, from initial contact to delivery of equipment, no delays, holdups or issues what so ever.

Excellent efforts by all at Electroquip.
