POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've been trying to place an order with MP since Sunday night (it is not Wednesday). I've had multiple issues, including order 'can't be processed because we can't deliver more than 15kg to your address' - I live in the Isle of Man.

I've placed one order on Monday, but had to wait for 15 minutes on hold to customer services, as they hadn't replied to the ticket which I submitted regarding the shipping.

I decided that I wanted a few more bits, and have been trying to place another order since Monday. I've been trying to get hold of them via their 'local rate number' (thieves!), but over the past 3 days, I've been on hold for 2 HOURS!!!! Only got through to someone of one of the 3 occasions I tried (hung up after 40 minutes today!).
Was repeatedly told yesterday that if I would have a choice of couriers to select on the order page, despite my argument that I didn't. Went to place the order again after hanging up, and low and behold, no option, but a note saying I need to contact customer services.

Used to be a great company. I've been using them for the past 5 years, but this is worse than unacceptable. I'm very disappointed, but also somewhat glad, as I was considering becoming a trade partner and stocking some of their products in my shop. NOT ANYMORE!!

Thanks for everyone's reviews. Lets get things sorted with this company, as their products in the past have been very good, and reasonably priced!!
