They lied twice failed to deliever and my phone bill is over £50 on their number!

I ordered a mattress next day delivery as we had just moved house. The next day I get a call from them saying the mattress isnt in stock but they would check later and see if they could get it to me the following day. I then called in the afternoon I spoke to someone else who said there is no way im getting that mattress as its out of stock so I said what have you got in stock, they put me on hold while they looked...for ages then said they could deliver on the thursday. At which point I went with another company and called them back to cancel the order this is when I went on to hold for about 30 mins and got the £50 bill. Nice.
