The booking process was fine no problems until we got to the airport. The registration of our car wasn't recognised at the car park so we had to press the button for help. We were asked for our booking details and told that we were not booked onto the car park, we replied that we had booked through LOOKING FOR PARKING they replied "that's not one of ours" we gave them the booking reference and were eventually let onto the car park. On our return from holiday, guess what...we couldn't get off the car park and the machine asked us for a payment of £112. Again we pressed the button and waited and waited and waited....eventually someone answered and again told us we were not booked there, we were then asked for registration number- name-booking reference and after another delay were eventually told they had found it on a list as it wasn't in their system!
