The worst company I've ever dealt with.

After placing my order December 13th they said delivery would take place week commencing 27th December....... It's now 23rd January and I'm still waiting!!!!!!! I have emailed many times but they do not respond!! A friend emailed them to the same address asking if they had stock of my product and they responded within two hours to say yes. They are more than happy to take new customers but an existing one waiting for there order gets ignored as they already have there money!! I have tried emailing with no luck, telephoning but the phone rings twice and says its busy!! I have even tried to write on there Facebook wall but after writing out a very long complaint is disappeared when I tried to post it!!! It's been nothing but hassle and I'm shock with how bad this company treats there customers!!!! I've noticed people on here have received a reply after posting on this site!! So I'm hoping now I will receive some sort of response..........

Hello Danielle,

Further to our conversation just now, and following the action taken by the Customer Service Team this morning, please accept our apologies for late response to your emails.

The Standard delivery time for beanbags are 4-6 weeks, and although we are still within this time frame still, we understand that on the order, it showed an earlier planned delivery date which was not fulfilled.

Due to the popularity of the product, especially at Christmas, stocks ran low.

Nevertheless, the matter is being dealt with quickly now and the beanbag should arrive with you shortly, and we hope to your satisfaction.
