First Furniture

mixed customer satisfaction, good bed

First of all they delivered the product on Monday instead of Friday, apparently they forgot to move the dates as we discussed. Then their shipping company, TNT messed it up and the 2nd part out of 3 was delivered to someone else. We had to talk to the manager at Firstfurniture to have the 2nd part shipped again with no further delays. Got it a week later than expected, now missing two screws, so can't really use it....awaiting first furniture to replace them and to answer to our emails.
They seem to be helpful, and except the late delivery it is not their fault.
The bunk bed is Great.
